Lume Cube, Inc. Warranty Policy
Lume Cube, Inc. will replace any unit that shows signs of defects within one year of purchase. Lume Cube, Inc. reserves the sole right to determine whether a unit is defective.
To begin the replacement process, please provide:
Your order number (if purchased directly from lumecube.com) or proof of purchase with purchase date (if purchased through an authorized reseller/distributor)
Proof of purchase must be shown or given in order to start a warranty replacement
A valid shipping address where a replacement unit can be delivered
We do highly encourage photo or video proof of the defect to help us better serve you. Once we have complied enough information, we will send you a replacement.
