What should I do if my light won't turn on or charge?Updated 7 months ago

First, clean any dirt or debris away from the charging port and power button or switch. Be sure you are using the included charging cable, and the power source you're connecting your Lume Cube light to is working correctly. 

The USB C side of the cable should be plugged into your light, and the USB A / adapter side should be plugged into the power source. Leave your light plugged in for a few hours (preferably overnight). 

Then, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (or toggle the on / off switch). If the light still won't respond, please contact support and provide your name, product, order number, photos or videos of the problematic product or component, and your shipping address, and we'll get back to you with a solution.
