What should I do if my light won't turn on or charge?Updated 12 days ago
- First, clean any dirt or debris from the charging port and power button or switch.
- Make sure you’re using the original Lume Cube charger and that the power source is working properly.
- Plug in your light and leave it charging for several hours (ideally overnight) to ensure a full charge. (Only for rechargeable items which excludes Edge Light 2.0 or Flex Light Pro)
- After charging, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (or toggle the on/off switch).
- If the light still doesn’t respond, please reply back and include the following information:
- Your name
- Product name
- Order number
- Your shipping address
- Photos and videos of the issue – these are vital for us to troubleshoot effectively
