What should I do if my light won't turn on or charge?Updated 16 days ago
First, clean any dirt or debris from the charging port and power button or switch.
Make sure you are using the included charging cable and confirm that the power source you’re connecting your Lume Cube light to is working properly.
Plug the USB-C side of the cable into your light, and the USB-A/adapter side into your power source. Leave your light plugged in for several hours (ideally overnight) to ensure a full charge.
After charging, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (or toggle the on/off switch).
