1. First, clean any dirt or debris from the charging port and power button or switch.

2. Make sure you’re using the original Lume Cube charger and that the power source is working properly.

3. Plug in your light and leave it charging for several hours (ideally overnight) to ensure a full charge.

4. After charging, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (or toggle the on/off switch).

5. If the light still doesn’t respond, please contact our support team and include the following information:

   • Your name

   • Product name

   • Order number

   • Your shipping address

   • Photos and videos of the issue – these are vital for us to troubleshoot effectively
