If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’ll fully-refund items shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are returned to the original payment once your return is received. For full refunds, returned products must include all accessories and original packaging.
All Certified Refurbished and Open Box products are final sale. We do not accept returns and don’t issue refunds on these products. These products are covered by our 1-Year warranty policy. If you have questions about our warranty policy, please contact us.
If you are seeking a replacement for a defective unit that was purchased within one year and is still under warranty, please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can properly assess the issue and initiate a warranty replacement if approved. Returning a defective unit through the standard return process does not guarantee a replacement, as all warranty replacements must be reviewed and approved by our support team.
