How do I dispute a delivery?Updated 10 months ago

We get it, things happen. Do us a favor and check your neighbors house or behind the shrubs, but if your package says delivered and is not there, please contact us. Important note: sometimes orders with multiple items are fulfilled by separate warehouses, in which case items may arrive separately. If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 28 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as delivered to the address set out in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and / or any associated delivery costs.
