We process orders very quickly to make sure you get your items as soon as possible. As soon as your order is placed, it is instantly sent to one of our five fulfillment centers across the United States for packing and shipment.
Because of this rapid processing, updating or canceling an order is often not possible once it has been submitted. However, we understand mistakes happen, and we’ll do our best to help if you contact us right away.
